COVID-19. Q&A. Safety is very important to us, specially when it comes to our pets, customers and employees. In this difficult time we take extra measures to provide with exceptional clean service.
1) Do you clean your van after every dog?
Yes! we disinfect our vans before and after each customer with specially design chemicals use in hospital and veterinary offices around the county.
2) Do you use gloves when coming to my house?
We wear Nitrile made gloves when we come to your home. In addtion we wear mask all the time.
3) What procedure you use to pick up my dog?
When we arrive to your door, we'll text you to let you know we have arrived. We kindly ask you to bring the dog outside without collar and with minimum contact with the owner we will put the pet in our van. Will do the same to return your pet safe back to the house.
4) Do you have to connect your van to my water supply or electricity?
No, our vans are all self contained, so we have the water and electricity we need in our vans.
5) What form of payment do you take?
Cash, Checks and Credit Cards. Also in order to minimize contact we accept VENMO and CASHUP payments.
